Return & Replacement Policy

  • Once our products are sold, it’s not cash refundable.
  • However, you will get a replacement by showing us the proof of defect part on the same day of delivery.
  • Once replacement and return are approved by customer service, product purchased can only be replaced and returned for up to maximum of two times and delivery fees are to be borne by the customers.
  • Original packaging (without any damage) of the item needs to be returned along with the product in order to make it a valid replacement.
  • Please allow a minimum of 10 working days from the date we receive your return package to replace a new item.
  • Items that have been purchased for more than 14 days are non-returnable.
