Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Business days are referring to Monday to Saturday excluding Sunday and public holidays.

Standard Delivery Fees (MYR) 

  1. Within Peninsular
    From 0 to 5 kg = RM15.00
  2. Peninsular to East Malaysia
    From 0 to 2 kg = RM35.00
    From 2.1 to 3 kg = RM55.00
    From 3.1 to 4 kg = RM66.00
    From 4.1 to 5 kg = RM80.00

The above rates are subject to 6% SST

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the MALAYSIA.

Shipment confirmation& Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Hence, accurate contact info like mobile phone number and email is needed.

Damages
If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged, please ask the courier if he could wait for you to check the condition of the products. If the courier agrees, check the product and reject the package if it is damaged. You will need to take a picture of the parcel for claiming purposes later. 

Please contact us with the order number via our contact form if damage before or after accepting the parcel within 24 hours.

Incorrect Delivery
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours via contact form.

Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Payment Method
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option. The following payment methods are currently available:
