We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We’ll try to make it right. If you’d like to make an exchange or return/refund, we’re gladly accept that and here’s what you need to know.
To be eligible for a return/refund or exchange, the set item(s):
- Must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, unsoiled, free of stains and unused.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
If the set item(s) product is damaged, used, stained, worn, soiled or in anyway, or you have failed to notify us within 3 calendar days after the set item(s) is received, you will not be entitled for a return/refund or exchange.
Fees and Charges
- Shipping fee and any applicable tax are not refundable.
- Handling fee of 20% is applicable on the price of the purchased set item(s).
- To return/refund or exchange of item(s), all the applicable shipping fee(s) shall bear by purchaser.
Damages and Issues
Quality Control on our products is implemented strictly from factory until end-users. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return/Refund and Exchange Procedure
Kindly inform us for the request in writing via Email, WhatsApp or SMS within 3 calendar day from the day of the purchased set item(s) is received.
For example: Set item(s) received on 1th January 2020 and notification should not later than 3th January 2020.

If your request is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. In the event any set item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the net amount after any applicable cost(s) is deducted as per stated above via online transfer into your banking account. Please remember this process should take up to 14 calendar days.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, free or gift cards.
